Nationwide Screed testing service now available. A unique, easy and cost effective service to get your floor screed sample tested professionally

We are pleased to offer our unique service to suppliers and installers of flowing floor screeds throughout the UK.

We Supply as many polystyrene moulds as required complete with postal bag, (that also aids the curing of the fresh sample, a return label and sampling sheet.

You simply take the sample, the next day (or when hardened enough to do so), place the sample still in the mould into the bag. complete the sampling sheet as we will include this information on your test report, insert this in the document wallet behind our return address label, seal the bag, place the fragile sticker in a prominent position and now it is ready to take to the post office and send it back. (a small parcel like this cost £3.20).

Once received we will demould, inspect and weigh the individual samples before placing it in the correct curing environment.

Measuring and density checks are conducted prior to flexural and compressive tests. These are conducted at 7 and 28 days but can be altered to your requirements.
